NIC Teaming video.

With NIC teaming in place you won't fear material failure any more, because the NIC teaming vSphere 4 feature can handle multiple physical NICs attached to your vSphere 4 installation.
NIC teaming is made by binding 2 or more physical network adapters with a load balancing policy set on the vSwitch.
