Free VMware Training which is two hours long is available at VMware and allows to get started with vCloud Air, understand the basics, but also get in the deep details concerning networking and tools used with vCloud air. Tools like the web based portal or vCloud connector.

The learning course is free (VMware education account is necessary) and it's delivered in your browser via Adobe Flex module which allows sound, animations etc… It's a standard delivery module which however cannot be downloaded to your computer for offline learning.
Once you have VMware education account just add this course to your Enrollments and you can start learning right away. VMware university has many self-paced courses which are free.
