Four Trainings in One Big Training Package – The best best value for the money.
There has been a new release and announcement from TrainSignal. They released an ultimate training package for people studying to pass a VMware VCAP – VMware Certifies Advanced Professional certification. This training includes four training courses in one big package (11 DVDs), so this is of course the best value for the money when bought like that.
By learning from vExperts and experience professionals which are VCAP or VCDX certified, the package transmits a lot of those experiences from daily administrating or deploying of VMware vSphere environments.
The contents of this VCAP4-DCA Training Package is just huge:
– VMware vSphere Security Design Training ( new !!!)
– VMware vSphere Performance Monitoring Training (Read my review)
– VMware vSphere Troubleshooting Training (Read my review)
– VMware vSphere PowerCLI Training (Read my review)
The amount of videos is quite huge. With every review I spent more than a week, I would rather say 10 days, because at the same I was working in my lab, so pausing the videos and reviewing some parts of it were daily tasks.
The package is rather pricey if you think, but the value is definitely there. Beside that, you save some $391 by purchasing the whole package (11 DVDs) instead all the trainings individually.
This package is the biggest package ever released for VMware vSphere and I can only highly recommend.
The Content:
Over 50 Hours (50 Hours, 20 Minutes, 0 Seconds) of VMware vSphere 4 VCAP Training Package Videos Jam Packed on 11 DVDs!
Multiple File Formats Make it convenient for you to learn anywhere you go! iPod Video, Mp3 Audio, .WMV & high quality .AVI video
PDF of Instructor Notes allow you to follow along with the videos and take more organized notes
Instant Access Online to the entire training course
I have found a nice video presented by Jason Nash – a one of those guys which does the VMware vSphere Security Design Training. He speaks at Cisco Live Conference. He speaks not only about Cisco LIve, but about the convergence, the progression of the whole industry to Virtualization. Not only virtualization and of servers, but also of storage virtualization and network virtualization.
He will present a 2 sessions at VMworld 2011: A Cisco 1000V and vDS – VMware Distributed Virtual Switches.
Enjoy… -:)
