Last week was a bit crazy. The vExperts 2013 were announced, and I got awarded again this year. I know I have already wrote about it. As a current vExpert 2013 I got, as well as all 581 vExperts all over the world, access to TrainSignal's Online Training Library, during one year. Twitter got crazy about this later this week. Big thanks to TrainSignal for that! The training library accessible online is huge, I just started to watch the latest training done by Chris Wahl (VCDX) for vCloud Director 5.1.
TrainSignal has changed their business model from per-item-sale model into training-on-demand business model earlier this year. This business model is flexible for the end user which has the possibility to learn different technologies or products to pass some exams after some intensive several months of learning. The access to all Training library allows to learn several products (or technologies) at once. This just wasn't possible before. For example you can study for Microsoft exam and at the same time learn some VMware or Cisco too…
With offering those training as a monthly subscription service, it's possible to learn technology that you need, and then stop the subscription when you stop learning. IMHO, there isn't better company out there which produces such a quality trainings, than Trainsignal.
As I mentioned above, I just started the vCD 5.1 Essentials Training and I really like the way the new service operates. I'm 100% using the offline player, which allows you to download the training to your computer. This is very useful for low bandwidth connections and for the quality of the process.
The Global TrainSignal offer.
